Out of the 40+ programs I’ve launched since 2017, I’ve never released a program like this, in this way. I wrote up this training program while recovering from my third natural birth, anticipating the day that I was going to start lifting again. As a coach who always has a plan, I meticulously outlined the workouts in advance to motivate myself & to ensure the workouts are well rounded.
